The Food Science and Nutrition Dairy Sales Room Store in St. Paul is open
year-round on Wednesdays from 3 to 5 p.m. You can find the shop in Room 166
of the Andrew Boss Meat Science Building, 1354 Eckles Ave. To find out what
flavors are in stock before you visit, call Ray Miller or Jodi Nelson at (612)
